Head of Marketing

About the role

Syscort Technologies is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead its marketing function across the UAE, GCC, India and international markets. This senior, execution‑oriented role will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, drive demand generation, and partner marketing to create qualified sales pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Syscort’s annual marketing and GTM strategy, defining target industries, personas, accounts and priority markets.
• Build GTM plans for core offerings such as Data & Analytics, Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, AI, IT Consulting, Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.
• Create market positioning, messaging and value propositions for services and solutions.
• Own OEM/technology partner marketing, coordinating joint GTM plans, campaigns, webinars, workshops, events and co‑marketing budgets.
• Plan and run integrated B2B demand‑generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital, events and account‑based marketing.
• Develop ABM programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts and ensure proper lead hand‑over to sales.
• Track campaign performance, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and pipeline contribution, optimizing based on ROI.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in B2B marketing with a strong execution focus.
• Ability to collaborate closely with C‑level executives, sales, business development, pre‑sales and technology partners.
