Head Of Revenue And Commercial Operations

About the role

ANYbotics is seeking a Head of Revenue & Commercial Operations to build and scale the commercial operating engine that enables rapid growth. Reporting to the CRO, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to turn strategy into execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve sales and revenue forecasting, pipeline governance and risk visibility.
• Define and improve sales stages, opportunity standards, customer engagement processes and CRM discipline across regions.
• Build effective forecast and pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews and commercial reporting for leadership and the Board.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Business Value Consulting to strengthen enterprise and value‑based selling.
• Translate commercial priorities into clear plans and measurable actions, linking Sales with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations.
• Initially act as a hands‑on owner of Revenue & Commercial Operations and later develop the capability, including Deal Desk and Commercial Sales Support.

Required profile

• Significant hands‑on experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy & Operations within a scaling B2B organisation.
• Strong experience owning forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM discipline and commercial reporting.
• Proven track record of building or materially improving commercial processes with change‑management capability.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working across data and commercial systems.
• Ability to remain hands‑on, moving between strategic questions, stakeholder discussions, data, systems and detailed process work.
