About the role

The Riyada Programme is a two‑year, full‑time employment pathway designed to develop the next generation of Emirati sales professionals. Participants receive classroom learning, on‑the‑job training, coaching and practical business exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers throughout the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Apply consultative selling, negotiation and pipeline management techniques.
• Manage client relationships and account plans under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE national, aged 18‑30, with a high school certificate or diploma.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time, including 9‑hour shifts and occasional shift work.
• Motivated, customer‑focused and eager to learn.
