Healthcare Business Development Executive

About the role

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to drive its healthcare sales in Dubai. The role focuses on building relationships with doctors and medical institutions to promote consulting services and achieve rapid revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach doctors and healthcare providers to generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal consulting and marketing teams to align offerings.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Dubai.
• Demonstrated track record of over‑achieving sales targets.
• Strong written and professional verbal communication skills.
• Presentable, non‑smoker, confident yet humble personality.
• Growth mindset, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Medical/healthcare industry knowledge.
• Experience dealing directly with doctors.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
