About the role
The Heavy Bus Driver will act as a Guest Arrival Expert, ensuring that every guest’s arrival and departure experience is memorable and seamless. You will be the first point of contact, guiding guests through check‑in and check‑out while delivering a range of hospitality services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through arrival and departure, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace by standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
