Host – Pullman Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

The Host of Pullman is the face of the hotel, welcoming guests, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a seamless stay. Working in a high‑traffic lobby, you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding visitors, handling VIP guests and promoting the Pullman experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and farewell, managing lobby flow during peak periods.
• Serve Platinum and Diamond VIP guests with pre‑arrival communications, welcome amenities and personalized departure notes.
• Promote and upsell hotel services such as restaurants, spa treatments, concierge offerings and special experiences.
• Stay informed on hotel facilities, local culture, events and hotspots to give accurate guest recommendations.
• Facilitate connections between guests, Heartists and local partners to foster community.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events and Concierge teams to anticipate and resolve guest needs quickly.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent guest‑facing experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or similar guest‑service role.
• Curious, innovative, tech‑savvy and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Fluent in the primary language of the market; additional language proficiency is a plus.
