About the role

We are seeking a polished and professional Hostess to join a premium Japanese dining restaurant located in Jumeirah, Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless dining experience in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate table turnover efficiently.
• Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and reservations.
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen teams to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain the restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a hostess, preferably in premium or fine‑dining settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑service environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of guest relations and restaurant service standards.
• Familiarity with premium dining etiquette.
