Hostess – Sirene Beach Club

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a charismatic, guest‑focused Hostess to join the Sirene by GAIA team, Dubai’s premier beachfront dining destination. The role involves creating exceptional first impressions for guests in a vibrant luxury beach club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first contact.
• Manage seating arrangements and coordinate with the floor team to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the venue’s offerings.
• Support the team during peak periods to uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Charismatic and guest‑oriented personality.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Currently based in Dubai and available for a trial shift.
• Minimum of one month experience as a Hostess in a beach club or high‑end venue.
