Hostess – White Beach

About the role

As a Hostess at White Beach, you will greet guests with natural charm, ensuring conversations feel genuine and welcoming. You will collaborate closely with the Beach Club and Dining teams, delivering high‑standard customer service in a luxury beachfront setting. Ongoing training and leadership support will help you develop your food‑and‑beverage knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests using authentic, unscripted conversation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the Beach Club and Dining areas.
• Work as a team player, coordinating with staff to maintain service standards.
• Participate in internal and external training to enhance F&B expertise.
• Maintain guest seating arrangements and manage reservation inquiries.
• Assist in handling guest feedback and ensuring swift resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a luxury hotel, high‑end beach club, or upscale restaurant.
• International exposure in a related hospitality field.
• Excellent communication abilities and fluency in more than one European language.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
