The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is spotless, inviting, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working on Dibba Road in Fujairah, you will be part of a team that values safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
• Stock cleaning carts and supplies, keeping workstations organized.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to policies.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
• Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform and communication.
