About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and perform hands‑on tasks.
- Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Demonstrate professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication.
- Commit to non‑discrimination and equal opportunity policies.
Required skills
- Housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with Marriott cleaning protocols.
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
