Hotel Security Supervisor

About the role

Southern Sun Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Hotel Security Supervisor to protect guests, staff, and property while maintaining a safe environment in line with UAE health & safety regulations and ADOSH standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hotel security operations, ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and premises.
• Monitor and operate CCTV, access‑control, alarm and key‑management systems, and conduct regular patrols.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and liaise confidently with Police, CID, Civil Defence and other authorities.
• Prepare clear daily, incident and investigation reports and maintain effective security action plans.
• Deliver staff training on security awareness, emergency procedures, fire & life safety and incident reporting.
• Handle guest queries and security concerns professionally, discreetly and promptly.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel security.
• Strong knowledge of security technology, health & safety, emergency response and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficient in report‑writing and computer use, including email, digital reporting and hotel systems.
