About the role
Emaar is looking for a Housekeeping Ambassador II to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience across its hotel properties in Dubai. You will work in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment, ensuring every room and public area reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, corridors, lift landings, pantries and other public areas according to hotel standards.
- Deliver prompt and courteous service to guests, handling requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct daily inspections to verify that all areas meet the established quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with fellow housekeeping team members to ensure seamless operations throughout the guest journey.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient command of the English language.
