Housekeeping Attendant (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Nour Arjaan by Rotana. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log accurately.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors and polishing brass or metal fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, keep corridors and service areas tidy, and remove litter.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately and inform valet service for laundry or dry‑cleaning requests.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to put in extra effort when required and a passion for serving guests.
