About the role
Join the hotel’s housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are spotless, delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot checks of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage and corridors.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues and facility concerns.
- Plan and oversee deep‑cleaning projects and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Respond to guest requests, including VIP and special needs, to ensure excellent service.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering warm hospitality and creating memorable stays.
- Integrity and accountability in daily tasks.
- Leadership ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
