Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Discovery Dunes is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping operations across its golf course, community areas, and member amenities. The role is pivotal in delivering the high‑end experience expected by members of this private residential club.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end housekeeping operations for public areas, amenities, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Manage laundry and linen services, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and quality assurance.
• Lead, train, and schedule the housekeeping team, conducting daily inspections and quality audits.
• Control inventory, monitor costs, and track budget performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with F&B, Golf, Facilities, and Events departments to support seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Background in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high‑end residential communities preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining elevated environments.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting.
