Housekeeping Order Taker

About the role

The Housekeeping Order Taker will serve as the primary point of contact for guests requesting housekeeping services at Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach. Working closely with the housekeeping team, the role ensures that all service requests are recorded, coordinated, and fulfilled promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and respond to emails requesting housekeeping assistance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule and complete service requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all requests and follow up to confirm completion.
• Track inventory and supplies needed for housekeeping operations.
• Provide courteous customer service, addressing special requests or concerns.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
