Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The role ensures guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify compliance with hotel standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor productivity and ensure timely room releases.
• Communicate room status with the Front Office and report maintenance issues.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities and equipment.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items according to procedures.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train, coach and support team members to maintain service and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and hotel policies.
• Assist housekeeping management with daily operations and departmental requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Supervisory or team‑leader experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive, hands‑on and guest‑focused attitude.
