About the role
The Housing Supervisor supports Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Dubai by assisting with employee relations, HR processes, and day‑to‑day operational tasks. The role involves monitoring issues, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations issues, provide resolution support and follow‑up.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Answer phone calls, record messages, and disseminate HR information to employees.
- Support logistics and administration of annual employee surveys.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No specific license or certification required.
