HR Analyst, Data & System

About the role

This position enables HR and business teams in Dubai through data analytics, systems integration, and process automation. The role is ideal for a business‑driven analytics professional who can connect data across people, processes, and systems to generate actionable insights and support better decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex HR data sets to provide actionable insights for business and HR leaders.
• Review, redesign and streamline HR processes to improve employee experience, operational efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the standardisation, automation and integration of HR systems, driving adoption of tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Power Platform.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business systems, HR systems or data‑driven decision support.
• Proven ability to work across functions, quickly understand new processes and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage senior leadership under pressure.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple deliverables.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience with SAP HR or SuccessFactors (or similar enterprise HR systems).
