HR Assistant – Dubai

About the role

Medetone, a fast‑growing online pharmacy, is looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join its Dubai office. You will support HR operations across Medetone’s locations in London, Amsterdam, New York and Dubai, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Assist the recruitment process: post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientations.
• Collect and verify employee data for payroll processing and help with benefits administration.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related employee queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Help organise employee engagement events, team activities and wellbeing programmes.
• Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates or new system implementations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication abilities and the capacity to interact with staff at all levels.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
