HR Coordinator – Food & Beverage Division

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources operations of our growing Food & Beverage division. Based initially at the Group Headquarters in Sharjah, you will ensure smooth HR processes across multiple restaurant locations while complying with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding and documentation.
• Manage visa and immigration processes for F&B staff, covering new employment visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID applications and medical appointments.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and timesheets, and report them to payroll on time.
• Prepare HR letters, employment certificates and other employee documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Liaise with restaurant managers, internal departments and government agencies on employee‑related matters.
• Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR coordination experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B or retail.
• Hands‑on experience with UAE employment visa processing and HR administration.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience using HRMS systems (advantage).
