HR Executive – Data Analytics & Payroll

About the role

The HR Executive will support the Human Resources function at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort with a strong focus on data analytics, reporting, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management. You will ensure accurate HR data, generate insightful workforce reports, and help deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and trackers.
• Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave, recruitment, and employee movements.
• Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights for management.
• Manage Time & Attendance records, including attendance, leave, overtime, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the monthly payroll process by submitting accurate attendance, leave, and overtime data.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, from pre‑employment documentation to induction.
• Assist recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and tracking.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers and provide status updates.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and HR initiatives across the property.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through digitalisation and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and a service‑oriented mindset.
