HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. This onsite position will support core HR operations, from recruitment to employee engagement, in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and guarantee data accuracy.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Facilitate training sessions and development programmes.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labour regulations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite.
