About the role
Grain Cafe is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day HR operations within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee queries and provide professional HR support.
- Assist with payroll preparation and HR‑related reporting.
Required profile
- Proven HR experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations.
- Previous work in restaurant, café, or hospitality settings is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Organised, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
