HR Operations & Compliance Supervisor

About the role

The HR Operations & Compliance Supervisor ensures smooth HR processes for the UAE Business Unit, maintains regulatory compliance, and oversees warehouse and branch financial activities. The role supports employees, manages visa and residency matters, and guarantees legal and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage issuance, renewal and cancellation of work, visit and tourism visas, coordinate medical examinations, insurance and UAE residency permits for staff and their families.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations by handling commercial registrations, acquiring licences (DHA, DOH, MOH, civil defence) and maintaining required certifications.
• Maintain accurate employee records, add new hires to the HR Management System (HRMS), organise hard‑copy archives and oversee employee self‑service operations.
• Support employees through vacation tracking, travel arrangements, off‑boarding procedures and the end‑of‑service settlement process.
• Interact with governmental portals to submit job offers, request visa cancellations and monitor application progress.
• Coordinate legal compliance for employee relations and prepare necessary documentation.
• Oversee warehouse and branch financial duties, including petty‑cash management, monthly utility invoice processing and financial custody.
• Handle procurement and inventory functions by issuing purchase requisitions, promoting onsite offers and managing stock through the Economic Portal.
