Human Resources Business Partner - UAE National

About the role

We are a leading luxury hospitality brand seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner who will work directly with senior operational leaders. The role is strategic, influencing people decisions from workforce planning to employee experience, and is an individual‑contributor position.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business performance, including workforce planning, org design and talent pipeline development.
• Own the HR budgeting cycle, develop annual manpower budgets, headcount forecasts and monitor spend against plan.
• Lead employee‑relations cases, manage grievances, conduct investigations and coach managers on sensitive conversations.
• Drive the full talent lifecycle – recruitment, performance management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Provide data‑driven insights on turnover, engagement and labor costs to support decision‑making.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion and support change‑management initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a true business partner.
• Background in hospitality, luxury brands or high‑touch service industries is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience in employee relations, grievance handling, recruitment, performance management, HR budgeting, manpower planning and organisational development.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, CIPD) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
