About the role
The Human Resources Intern will join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program in Abu Dhabi, gaining hands‑on experience in hotel operations and HR functions. The role offers immersion in Marriott’s culture, exposure to the hospitality industry from the ground up, and the chance to support HR initiatives while learning about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training within a global hotel brand. Interns work alongside experienced HR professionals, contributing to projects that support the company’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and employee well‑being. The position is open to current college or university students who wish to explore a career in hospitality HR.
