Human Resources Manager

About the role

Total Freight International (TFI) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle across its UAE operations. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while championing employee experience, compliance, and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and drive workforce planning.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Provide neutral employee‑relations counsel, conduct investigations, and develop engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
• Manage performance‑review cycles, coach managers, and implement development programs and PIPs.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and maintain the Employee Handbook and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and mitigate legal and safety risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in logistics or a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor legislation and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms and data‑driven HR analytics.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compensation design.
• Excellent investigative and conflict‑resolution abilities.
