Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support a leading organization in the UAE. The role covers the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee relations, while ensuring strict compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction programmes and visa/Emirates ID processing.
• Process attendance, leave records and provide payroll inputs.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives and handle employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Generate HR reports and assist with ongoing HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
