HVAC Draughtsman

About the role

BK Gulf, a leading contractor in electrical, mechanical and building services across the UAE, is seeking an experienced HVAC Draughtsman. The role focuses on producing detailed HVAC drawings for modular E‑Houses, data‑center modules and related facilities, ensuring designs are accurate, clash‑free and compliant with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, ductwork, piping, equipment arrangements and coordination drawings.
• Develop shop drawings and fabrication details in line with approved engineering designs.
• Coordinate HVAC systems with electrical, mechanical, architectural and fire‑protection disciplines.
• Update and revise drawings based on engineering comments, client feedback and site observations.
• Maintain drawing registers, records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables meet BK Gulf CAD/BIM standards and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in HVAC drafting for industrial or data‑center projects.
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and produce clash‑free designs.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of constructability.
