About the role
We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Technician to join the engineering team at Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort. The successful candidate will ensure the hotel’s heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems operate efficiently and safely, supporting a high‑standard guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to the hotel’s schedule and safety procedures.
- Communicate continuously with the Shift Leader and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain, store and account for all tools and equipment provided by the hotel.
- Suggest cost‑saving ideas for the engineering department.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to diagnose and resolve system faults.
Required profile
- Documented technical training from a recognized institute.
- 1‑2 years of experience working in a hotel engineering department.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
Required skills
- Preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Blueprint reading.
- Electrical schematics interpretation.
