Implementation Specialist – UAE E‑Invoicing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead end‑to‑end e‑invoicing projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role combines project management, digital transformation, and fintech expertise to ensure successful compliance and system integration for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of UAE e‑invoicing implementation projects, from planning to go‑live.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including finance, tax, IT, product, and customer support.
• Drive project planning, execution, user‑acceptance testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Track and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, status reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance tracking and audit‑trail readiness.

Required profile

• 4–12 years of project management experience in digital transformation, fintech, tax technology, SaaS, or system integration.
• Proven ability to manage complex, client‑facing implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
