Incident Management SRE & Reliability Lead (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. This part‑time, fully remote role offers flexible hours (5‑20 hrs/week) at $80 per hour, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop and maintain blameless post‑mortems and root‑cause analyses for production incidents.
• Write and update on‑call runbooks, severity and escalation documentation.
• Produce SLO, error‑budget reports, and remediation action‑item trackers.
• Prepare reliability review decks for core workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Incident Commander, or production/on‑call engineering lead.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing blameless post‑mortems and root‑cause analyses.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.
