Independent Partnerships Consultant – Gulf Region

About the role

Bayt al-Hikma is seeking an experienced Independent Partnerships Consultant to help launch and grow its platform for trusted dialogue across the Gulf region. This role is commission‑based and focuses on building strategic relationships with organisations that share the platform’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential founding, strategic, knowledge, hospitality and cultural partners in the UAE and wider Gulf.
• Develop and manage a partnership pipeline, securing introductions and meetings with senior decision‑makers.
• Present Bayt al‑Hikma’s vision and strategic value, tailoring partnership proposals to each prospect’s priorities.
• Support negotiations, draft partnership agreements and explore opportunities for partners to host future dialogues.
• Maintain confidential records of contacts, conversations and opportunities.
• Represent Bayt al‑Hikma with professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity before, during and after each event.

Required profile

• Strong professional network across the UAE and/or wider Gulf region.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership development, business development or strategic sales.
• Excellent cultural intelligence and ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
