Inside Sales Executive – Cars

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for Dubizzle Cars, you will be the main point of contact for customers interested in our automotive services. You will use phone and occasional field visits to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult customers to recommend value‑added services such as insurance, warranties and financing.
• Prepare and present customized proposals via email, call or text.
• Maintain long‑term relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Record all interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4‑5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used‑car services, insurance, warranties or financing is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
