Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate qualified leads for our cybersecurity portfolio, including next‑generation firewalls, endpoint protection, backup solutions, servers and storage. The role focuses on outbound prospecting via phone and email to build relationships and feed our Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM and data‑mining tools to build and maintain prospect databases.
• Understand client needs and align them with our security, networking and infrastructure offerings.
• Schedule appointments, prepare commercial proposals and hand‑over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Follow up on client commitments, nurture relationships and track pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑4 years of proven lead‑generation experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Motivation for cold calling, probing questions and information gathering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Malayalam and Hindi.

• Knowledge of NGFW (next‑generation firewalls).
• Endpoint security solutions.
• Backup and data‑recovery technologies.
• Server and storage hardware.
• Proficiency with CRM and data‑mining tools.
