Integrated Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

GMG is seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications Executive to drive brand visibility and marketplace dominance across the MENA region. The role bridges athlete and influencer partnerships with consumer‑facing brand activation, overseeing Nike‑related campaigns and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage athlete and ambassador contracts, ensuring compliance and timely compensation.
• Provide athletes with product allocations, store credits and forecast high‑heat launches.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of the annual brand marketing calendar, including activations such as “Battle Cancer” and “Mind Games”.
• Launch key performance footwear franchises and seed products to tier‑1 gyms and strategic partners.
• Localise global brand directives for the MENA market, aligning with cultural and fitness consumer relevance.
• Build and nurture relationships with tier‑1 gyms, studios and fitness trainers to maintain an always‑on brand presence.
• Coordinate with retail and digital teams to bring training stories to life in‑store and online.
• Manage budgets for sports marketing assets, oversee logistics of training equipment and track vendor payments.

Required profile

• No direct supervisory responsibilities but must collaborate effectively across functional teams.
• Provide operational contributions and specialised expertise to align with strategic organisational goals.
