International Financial Controller

About the role

The International Financial Controller will lead accounting and finance functions for Cuisine Solutions across Europe, Asia and the UAE from our Dubai office. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting, controllership and financial reporting for all European, Asian and UAE entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to deliver timely and accurate financial statements.
• Manage consolidations and coordinate reporting to international leadership and U.S. corporate finance.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory reporting, tax regulations and internal policies.
• Design, implement and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies and finance processes.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash‑flow management and performance reporting.
• Oversee external and statutory audits and manage relationships with tax advisors, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Drive process improvements, systems optimisation and standardisation across international finance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with significant controllership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑country finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of international financial reporting, consolidations and compliance.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop local and regional finance teams.
