Inventory Planner – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

Quendrix is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Planner to join its fully remote team. In this role you will support inventory planning, optimise stock levels and contribute to overall supply‑chain performance across an international organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inventory levels based on business demand.
• Analyse stock movement and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate inventory allocation and replenishment activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor stock availability, flag potential shortages or excesses, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track inventory KPIs, prepare management updates and support demand‑forecasting initiatives.
• Collaborate with warehouses and suppliers to resolve routine inventory issues.
• Maintain organised documentation and support continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory planning, inventory management, supply‑chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
