Supply Chain & Demand Planning Supervisor

About the role

Indoguna Dubai is seeking a Supervisor of Supply Chain and Demand Planning to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. You will support business growth through operational excellence and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments for supply contracts to safeguard business continuity.
• Consolidate purchase volumes and manage product categories to improve quality, service efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product innovation and new product launches, meeting target costs and timelines.
• Manage demand planning, optimizing forecasts to align with production schedules and inventory requirements.
• Handle exceptional situations related to stock allocation, promotions, and inventory management.
• Optimize production planning, logistics networks, and transportation for cost efficiency and timeliness.
• Participate in supplier audits and food safety inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of supply chain executives, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement, preferably in FMCG, food, or retail.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply chain management systems.
• Experience using ERP software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
