Investment Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Finance Manager to join a well‑established investment holding in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on the rational use of capital, allocation of funds, management of financial flows and monitoring equity ratios across the group’s investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee capital resource planning and ensure optimal allocation of funds.
• Monitor and analyse financial flows, cash management and liquidity.
• Determine and maintain appropriate equity ratios for the holding and its subsidiaries.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with real‑estate, equities and other investment teams to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• CPA, ACCA or a Master’s degree in Finance.
• 8‑10 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a Big Four audit firm.
• Proven experience in real‑estate, equities or investment environments.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
