IR Sales Manager

About the role

Haier Gulf is seeking a dynamic IR Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across the Northern Emirates. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and major accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market coverage.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast accurately and manage the sales pipeline.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Expand Haier’s dealer and retail network to increase market share.
• Lead sales promotions, product launches and provide channel partner training.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and effective merchandising.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, home appliances or FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, especially the Northern Emirates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; Arabic language skills are a plus.
