IT & Cyber Security Executive – Hardware & Software

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled and security‑focused IT & Cyber Security Executive to join our growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves maintaining the entire IT infrastructure, providing hardware and software support, and ensuring the security of company data and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, perform upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
• Manage desktops, laptops, monitors, network devices and keep accurate asset records.
• Install, configure, update and maintain Windows operating systems, business applications and security patches.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords and access rights.
• Monitor software licensing, perform regular system backups and ensure system availability.
• Implement and maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls and other security solutions.
• Monitor networks and devices for malware, ransomware, phishing, and other threats.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in IT hardware, software administration and cyber security.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows environments, networking and security best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and a proactive security mindset.
