About the role
We are seeking an IT & Operations Support professional to join Cartrack’s team in Dubai. The role involves assisting the operations department with technical tasks and ensuring smooth coordination between technicians and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Support and coordinate jobs with Technicians.
- Respond promptly to clients’ concerns.
- Handle requests from Relationship Managers.
- Post Fitment Job and manage basic IT tasks.
- Assist the Operations team when assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Technically independent with strong initiative.
- Excellent communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; basic Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
