About the role

Join Dubai Holding Entertainment as an IT Park Support professional for Motiongate Dubai, providing essential technology assistance across park operations, retail, food & beverage and other business units.

Key responsibilities

Deliver day‑to‑day IT support for park operations, retail, F&B and related business units.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues efficiently.
Deploy, maintain and support IT equipment, applications and software throughout the park.
Log, manage and respond to IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
Support point‑of‑sale, ticketing, retail, F&B and other operational systems to maintain smooth business processes.
Communicate with internal teams, service desk, vendors and end‑users to coordinate support activities.
