IT Project Manager – Lead IT Projects & Teams

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IT Project Office strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Allocate and monitor resources across multiple IT projects for optimal efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using tools such as Monday.com and Jira.
• Report performance metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Manage scope changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and motivate members.
• Oversee integration of new or existing applications, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct post‑mortems and produce recommendations for future projects.
• Control project budgets to ensure financial compliance and value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the IT sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
