IT Support Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join its technology team in Dubai. You will be responsible for keeping the organization’s IT environment stable, secure, and efficient, providing both on‑site and remote assistance to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other hardware.
• Provide first‑line technical support for software, operating systems and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents through on‑site visits and remote tools.
• Monitor network performance, internet connectivity and system health.
• Manage user accounts, email settings, passwords and access permissions.
• Perform software installations, updates, antivirus management and routine system maintenance.
• Execute data backups and support disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation and service records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, licensing and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Familiarity with printer management, cloud services and backup solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
