Japanese-Speaking Forex Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Japanese‑speaking professional to join our Dubai team as a Forex Sales Conversion Agent. You will use consultative sales techniques to turn high‑quality leads into active trading clients while delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote our Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into active traders using consultative sales methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify further sales opportunities and maximise client conversion.
• Stay updated on financial markets, trading products and industry developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Japanese (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using trading platforms.
• Good knowledge of standard office applications.
