Junior Fitment & Operations Support

About the role

The Fitment / Operations Support role assists with the installation of vehicle tracking devices and provides day‑to‑day operational support. Working closely with technical and operations teams, the incumbent ensures installations are safe, efficient and meet Cartrack’s quality standards. The position may require travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for temporary assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Install and fit vehicle tracking devices, perform basic electrical wiring and connections under supervision.
• Conduct troubleshooting, test devices after installation and complete accurate installation reports.
• Provide on‑site operational support and assist the Operations Manager with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Offer basic IT support for installation software and maintain clean work areas.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of vehicle electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and willingness to travel abroad, particularly to KSA.
• Familiarity with software architecture, IoT, Computer Vision, AI, Cloud concepts and APIs.
